I grew up in Gasport, New York and attended Royalton-Hartland
High School. I attended Cornell University where Imajored in
industrial and labor relations. I attended law school at the
University of Minnesota. I
have been a practicing attorney for over eleven years. I accept
a wide variety of cases. I have significant trial experience
in both criminal and civil matters and practice in federal
as well as state courts.
I
live in the City of Lockport, New York with my wife Stacey.
Stacey works as a physician assistant for a hospitalist group.
We have a shepard-mix dog named Lana who usually comes to
the office with me. When you come for an appointment, expect
to be greeted by Lana at the door. If you do not like dogs,
let me know ahead of time and I will make sure she is not
at the office for our appointment.
My
hobbies include reading history and travel. I currently taking
flying lessons. I fly a Cessna Cardinal that is kept at Royalton
Airport. I have soloed and expect to go for my "check
ride" to become a private pilot in August.
