The most important thing to remember in criminal cases is to
retain an attorney as soon as possible.The sooner I can work
on your case, the better the result. Some times, criminal charges
can be avoided altogether if fast action is taken. This is especially
the case in white-collar cases. It is also important that your
attorney know you as much as a person, not a case number.
At our first appointment, you will need to bring a copy
of all papers given to you by the police or court. I will sit
down with you and go over all the facts and circumstances surrendering
the charge. I will also take your full history so I can understand
you as a person.
